Hybrid Premium Audits use the same format as physical audits and are performed by the same highly trained premium auditors. The insured is initially contacted by telephone and is interviewed, and then requested to provide the same financial information that is typically required in a physical audit, usually via email or fax. Records that the insured provides are saved and kept confidential. The interview and paperwork are then used to produce the premium audit. Hybrid Premium Audits are generally charged as a flat fee, depending on your program. Hybrid Premium Audits therefore not only cut your costs, but are environmentally friendly as well, as there is no need for auditors to drive to and from an insured’s location.
We perform Hybrid Premium Audits throughout the United States. We provide the insured with toll free telephone and fax numbers. Through our new paperless operating system (ASAP), you are able to place your orders online and receive audits electronically.
Our Guarantee
If the insured does not agree with the results of our Hybrid Premium Audits or has any questions we can be contacted directly. We strive to provide prompt resolution to audit disputes and communicate with the customer any issues that arise. If the auditor is unable to contact the insured and obtain the audit information the agent will be contacted. If still no information is received, the customer will be contacted before closing out the request with the details of the attempts made. The request will not be closed out until approval is obtained from the customer. If after an audit has been closed out the insured contacts us, the customer will be contacted.
